With experience across Drama, Factual, Current Affairs, and Reality, Jim’s role evolved to shape iconic digital and print campaigns that captivated audiences and fueled Channel 4’s brand. His art direction for music legends like Oasis and The Prodigy solidified his mark on pop culture. Now, Jim applies his sharp eye and pop-culture prowess to craft standout, audience-focused campaigns at Double W Worldwide.

Leah excels in leading the strategy and execution of multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring top-tier client service and seamless delivery of business objectives. Leah brings a wealth of expertise from over a decade at MediaCom, where she spearheaded groundbreaking marketing campaigns for high-profile clients such as Sky Atlantic and Sky Mobile. Notably, she led the successful launch campaigns for the iPhone 8 and iPhone X, delivering impactful and highly-visible results. Her work includes notable advertising successes for MoneySupermarket and Nuffield Health, demonstrating her ability to drive significant brand impact. MAT BOWDEN - GLOBAL HEAD OF DIGITAL & MEDIA

Mat (yes, with one “T”) began his career in radio, helping stations define their brands. His interest in technology and digital innovation not long after put his career on the path toward this exciting field of digital marketing. Over the past decade, Mat has leveraged this experience to help a number of leading agencies grow and develop their digital product offerings. Mat's incomparable at joining technology and creativity together for really outstanding results. Mat brings a plethora of experience that facilitates impactful and innovative digital strategies.

Gresty's been designing graphics for everyone - from hopeful startups deluded into thinking a slick logo will save them to brands so ancient they probably sponsored the invention of the wheel. He works directly with clients, seeing their lofty dreams and laughable delusions firsthand, cutting down timescales and costs like a machete through bureaucratic red tape.

PETER CRESS - FINANCE

Peter’s journey is a savory tale of creativity and calculation. From his humble beginnings pot washing at the illustrious 3 Michelin star restaurant, The Waterside Inn, he whisked his way into the culinary spotlight with his famed, secret Salad Cream. This delightful concoction, crafted with mathematical precision, caught the eye of Heinz in 2012, turning culinary art into a lucrative recipe. But Peter didn’t stop there; fueled by his passion for numbers and his knack for business, he made a sharp turn into the world of accounting and finance. Now, his expertise is sought after by start-ups in both Lisbon and London, as he skillfully helps them untangle the complexities of finance.

RAINNA WALDRON - PRODUCER

Rainna Waldron brings over a decade of invaluable experience from her time at Karmarama, where she began at reception - the beating heart of any top agency - and quickly rose to become a core part of the agency's culture & success. With exceptional project management and organizational skills, Rainna effortlessly coordinates cross-functional teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from concept through to execution.

Known for her unwavering can-do spirit, she thrives in a fast-paced environment cohesive and forward-moving, always with an eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.

RICH PEPPIATT - DIRECTOR OF FILM

Rich has shot adverts and branded content for the likes of Google, Guardian, Greenpeace and Amazon (just to show not all his work begins with a “G”). Rich’s first ever film was a low budget satirical documentary starring Hugh Grant, Steve Coogan and a sex toy positioned on the editor of the Daily Mail’s doorstep. It premiered at Sheffield Doc/Fest and was acquired by Netflix. 

Since then his work for has won awards at festivals all over the world, with his latest feature film Kneecap winning the Audience Award: NEXT at Sundance 2024. It is released theatrically worldwide in 2024

With a career spanning over two decades, Will was a visionary at the forefront of advertising, shaping groundbreaking campaigns and inspiring everyone around him. His work with iconic agencies like DDB, Karmarama, UNLTD-INC, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky London set benchmarks in the industry and showed what true creative dedication could achieve. Will’s passion for innovation and his commitment to meaningful, impactful brand connections are at the core of everything Double W Worldwide stands for today. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit continues to inspire and guide us in every campaign we create, honoring his legacy by driving results that resonate and build lasting loyalty.
